200 YEARS
OF BILATERAL CONSULAR RELATIONS
In 2023 we are celebrating the 200th anniversary of the appointment of Great Britain’s first Consul General to Chile in 1823, the importance of the UK and Chile’s extensive people-to-people links forged over the last two centuries, and the UK and Chile’s shared commitment to ensure they continue to thrive.

As a Society committed to promoting Chile in the UK, we understand the importance of celebrating milestones and achievements between both countries. On this dedicated page, you will find a collection of content, including inspiring stories and interviews. We invite you to explore this page and join us in commemorating the remarkable 200 years of relationship.
