From May 25th 2018 the law changed and we now need to tell you how we are using and storing your data.

We:

• always hold your details securely,

• only share your information within the Anglo Chilean Society Executive Committee,

• only ever get in touch in the ways that you wish and make sure that everything we send to you is relevant to our Society’s objectives and ways in which you can support us,

• adhere to your current communications preferences,

• only analyze your data in order to communicate with you more effectively,

• make sure you are in control of your information and that you can ask us to stop using it whenever you like.

 

We confirm that the data we hold about you consists only of your name and email address unless you are a Life Member, paid-up Annual Member or Ex-Member in which case we also hold your residential address and, where appropriate, your Gift Aid declaration.
