Fire Department from Valparaiso honoured Queen Elizabeth II

The 11th company 'George Garland' from Valparaiso Fire Department, paid a heartfelt posthumous tribute to Queen Elizabeth II at the British Consulate. The solemn act was attended by a piper who honoured Her Majesty The Queen in presence of Consul Iain Hardy.
