The society has supported Fundación Roger Vergara through it General Funds
Below, some images provided by the Director of the ‘Fundación’ showing how they have used the donation as well as a group of elderly ladies enjoying their time painting.
Fundación Roger Vergara provides psychological help to people who feel disorientated in their day-to-day life, specifically retired, elderly and vulnerable people with underlying illness and disabilities.
Through Fundación Roger Vergara and their face-to-face workshops they can learn the necessary skills to help them to feel personal well-being and to improve their lifestyle.
On this case, 40 elderly people will benefit with the Anglo Chilean Society help. Fundación Roger Vergara will organize painting workshop focused on older adults with artistic interests and wish to learn and develop techniques related to design and basic drawing.
